About the Programme
Centre Director, Mark Lazarowicz MP is the driving force behind our Energy & Environment Policy Progamme.  Mark successfully promoted the Climate Change & Sustainable Energy Bill through the UK Parliament and is currently leading an Edinburgh Community Energy initiative.

Following a successful conference on community energy, we are currently developing a series of events which will bring together key partners to address this important policy area.
