CSPP Interim Chair, Richard Kerley, was quoted in a recent piece in The Scotsman.

In an article that poses some serious questions about Edinburgh's future, Richard said:

"This is not the first occasion on which Edinburgh has had coalition or minority administrations. This is just not a very stable one and not a very successful one".

"However, easy solutions are not readily and immediately available, and with council elections just over six months away it seems likely that there will be some form of political rebalancing within the council next May."
