Indy Referendum

First Minister Alex Salmond launches Independence Referendum Consultation.
The speed at which the Constitutional debate is moving is astonishing. “A week is a long time in politics”? More like a couple of days.
On Tuesday, the First Minister was the keynote address at the Hugo Young 2012 lecture, whilst the Advocate General Lord Wallace outlined the UK Government's legal view on an independence referendum in Glasgow.
Yesterday, the FM set out the Government's plans in Holyrood following the publication of the long awaited consultation document. It set out a proposed ballot paper with the following question to be put to the Scottish people:
“Do you agree that Scotland should be an independent country?”
If you are struggling to keep up, you’re not the only one. I’m off to lose myself in mountain of Government publications.
